At Kids 'N Teens Clinics, a doctor or provider is available at all times by phoning (713) 681-7334. We will return emergency calls as soon as possible.

Our objective is to return non-emergency calls during office hours. On weekends and holidays, Dr. Isart or one of his respected colleagues returns calls every two hours. When you phone, we ask that you please let the nurse or operator know your degree of emergency.
When you call us, please describe carefully the problem, including the child's temperature, and your pharmacy telephone number.
If our staff cannot answer the question, you will hear from one of our doctors between patient visits or at the end of the day, between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
For an emergency, call 911 immediately and then call our office. The POISON CONTROL NUMBER is (800) 222-1222. For non-emergency calls, if you do not hear from the office in two hours, please call again.
